**Free USPS shipping with tracking updates on all orders in the U.S.**
Uncommon Lux strives to provide fast and efficient shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and fulfilled. Once order has been fulfilled you will receive tracking notifications. All orders are processed and fulfilled Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (PST). Orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders typically arrive within 2-6 business days from the SHIPPED date through USPS depending on your location in the U.S. and the efficiency of your local post office.

**If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing time may be delayed additional business days.**
**Packages can get lost or stolen in transit after they have been dropped off to USPS carriers or dropped off to the shipping address, unfortunately we cannot assist after packages are in the hands of USPS. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number for assistance with lost or stolen packages and make sure you are always shipping to a secure location. To file a claim with USPS please go to http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and follow the directions as stated**
Uncommon Lux is not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, your order is subject to re-shipping charges.
