**Our refund policy lasts 15 days from the DELIVERED date**

If 15 days have gone by since the delivered date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. We do not offer exchanges at this time because we cannot guarantee inventory for when your item arrives back to us. You can always place another order to secure your needed size and return the incorrect size.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unworn, have no visible signs of wear, unscented, undamaged, and be in it's original condition with no missing parts.

**Original tag must still be attached to item and the packing slip must be sent back along with the item to properly credit the customer.**

Once your returned item is received and thoroughly inspected we will send you an email notification stating if your item is or isn't eligible for a refund. If the item is approved a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. The credit should post to your account within 5-10 business days. Please note that different banks have different processing times and your credit may take additional business days to post to your account.

**Uncommon Lux will not be responsible for any shipping fees for returned items and shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item after they have been dropped off to the carrier. Uncommon Lux is not responsible for any lost or un-trackable packages. We recommend mailing your returned item using a carrier that offers tracking services.**
